Teledoc
Teledoc is a tele health program that enables patients to manage their medication consumption and track their symptoms. We have developed a chat bot and web application to facilitate this. The web app provides an easy-to-use interface for administrators to sign up patients and assign tasks for them to complete. Once a patient is registered and has access to the chat bot, they can receive tasks and book virtual appointments.
Our Goal
With Teledoc, patients can conveniently and securely monitor their health from the comfort of their own homes. Our user-friendly chat bot and web app ensure that patients can easily manage their health and adhere to their prescribed treatment plans. By providing a seamless experience for both patients and healthcare providers, we hope to make telemedicine more accessible and effective for everyone.
How It Works
How to Use the WhatsApp Chatbot
Step 1:
Open WhatsApp and initiate contact by typing “Hi”/”Hello”
OR
Use the following link:
Step 2:
Select a Task prescribed to you.
e.g Blood Pressure
Press “Send”
Step 3:
Provide the appropriate response to the message or prompt
Press “Send”
Step 4:
Once the task is completed, you’ll get the following message.
Task completed. Thank you
Now you can either continue with any pending a or close the chat
